 Rain
behind the face
Sade
Kasvojen Takana (Rain Behind the Face) is a mask theatre solo
performance. The show is a visual poem, an expressive story of
man and the layers of his psyche. Where is the mirror, from which
one sees the face behind the face, and where is the key, which
opens the eyes to see?
Ishmael
Falke has directed this piece and performs it. Elina Putkinen
runs lights and sound. Duration of the show is 20 minutes. No
text used. Rain Behind The Face received its premiere in Clipa
Theater, Tel Aviv in January 2006 and was later performed in the
7+7 Solo Festival in Rovaniemi, Finland and in Teatterigalleria
festival in Turku, Finland.
